Renting a Property?

Our Tenant Fees

One-off administration fee of 300.00 inc. VAT will be charged for one tenant.

One-off administration fee of 60.00 inc. VAT will be charged for each additional tenant.

One-off administration fee of 60.00 inc. VAT will be charged per guarantor (if required).

If the landlord declines to grant you the tenancy, the 'holding fee' will be refunded. The 'holding deposit', will be forfeit if you decide not to proceed with the tenancy for any reason, or you fail in your application, or if the application is declined for any reason. The 'holding deposit' will be allocated towards the 'administration fees'.

The administration fees quoted include:-
  • Conducting credit checks and references for the prospective tenant/s and when applicable, for the guarantor/s also.
  • Contribution towards drawing up a tenancy agreement and, when applicable, a guarantor/s agreement.
  • Contribution towards preparing an inventory/schedule of condition for the property.
We do not charge a tenant for 'tenancy renewals' throughout the term of the tenancy or 'check out' inspections and make no extra administration charges during the tenancy.

The only possible charge that could be incurred during the tenancy would be if, in the very unlikely event, the tenant required the Agent or Landlord to provide access to the property outside of normal working hours as a result or lost/misplaced keys! A charge of 48.00 including VAT would be made.
